NC Carolina Core Housing Study

NC REALTORS contracted with Bowen National Research to conduct an extensive housing study of the Carolina Core. The Carolina Core is a 150+ mile swath of central North Carolina, anchored by Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Fayetteville. The area has emerged as the state’s next economic engine, driven by billions of dollars of recent investments from innovative companies worldwide.
We are excited to announce the completion of this important project and invite you to join us for a Housing Summit at High Point University on September 27th to discuss the findings. Patrick Bowen, from Bowen National Research, will walk us through the study and discuss how we can improve access to housing in this fast growing region. This event is free and lunch will be provided.

All guest parking is located at 1315 N University Parkway in High Point. Shuttle buses will transport guests from the lot to the front of the building.
ADA parking and wheelchair accessible shuttles ONLY will be available at the Qubein Arena Lot at 1315 N. University Parkway. Only those requiring ADA parking and wheelchair accessibility will be permitted to park in this lot. Drivers must display state-issued placards or license plates to park in this lot.
After the event, shuttle service will be available.
