Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association installs its new 2026 Board of Directors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association installed its new, 2026 Board of Directors at its annual Installation Luncheon on Tuesday, January 6.

Bill Warmath, with Keller Williams One, was installed as GRRA’s 2026 President. He is preceded by Mary Beth Powell, with RE/MAX Realty Consultants and will be succeeded next year by John Newman, with Howard Hanna Allen Tate – Greensboro. 

Mr. Warmath was sworn in by Greensboro Mayor Marikay Abuzuaiter, who also installed GRRA’s new Board of Directors.
