Note: *If you are a BIC or BIC Eligible and you take this GENUP course, you will lose your BIC or BIC Eligible status. (You will receive 4 Update credit hours). BIC and BIC Eligible should take the Broker In-Charge Update Course (BICUP), along with a 4-hour elective. North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course. The Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association is a not-for-profit trade association devoted to improving the business conditions of the real estate industry. GRRA meetings and events often include real estate professionals and other industry stakeholders who compete with each other or work for competing businesses.
