BIC Responsibility and Supervision 2024-2025 BIC UPDATE COURSE must be completed between July 1, 2024 and June 10, 2025 Note: *If you are not a BIC or BIC Eligible you will not receive credit for this course. General brokers must take General Update along with a 4-hour elective. North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course.

Continuing education courses are free to Primary and Secondary members unless otherwise stipulated by the Greensboro Regional Realtor Association. Non-members will be required to follow the fee schedule.
