NAR Anti-Trust Settlement - MLS Rules & NC Forms Update

This presentation includes a brief overview of the history behind the NAR Anti-trust Settlement.  The main focus is on the specific Triad MLS Rules changes required by the Settlement terms.  Several NCR Residential Forms also changed as a result of the NAR Settlement, these will also be reviewed.  This will not be a wholistic as the full forms update.

The Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association is a not-for-profit trade association devoted to improving the business conditions of the real estate industry.
