Betty has worked as a Realtor since 1984. Before entering a career in real estate, she obtained a master’s degree in special education and worked with students who have a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities.

Betty and her family are avid supporters of animal adoption and animal rescue organizations. She is a member of the Greensboro Woman’s Club, an organization that supports local charities and events.

Betty has lived in Chicago, Hawaii, Rhode Island and of course North Carolina. She has visited numerous countries in Europe and has a solid understanding of the difficulties of moving a family from such diverse locations.

Experience:

Betty is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). She is also a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

Betty manages her team (The Betty Hill Team of 20+ years) in proper sales skills, photography and video, staging, online communication, transactions, and administration processes. Her knowledge of real estate is highly respected in the community and she has educated numerous new agents as to the importance of integrity and proper ethics in the practice of marketing real estate.

Betty has thousands of clients that have been amazed at how she handles the most difficult situations in which they saved financially and minimized potentially stressful situations in the process.  

Betty specializes in the mid-range to luxury single family, towne home, condominium and land sales, in Greensboro and the Triad Area of North Carolina. She also works with all the major relocation services in the United States
