I was a second grade teacher in our great state for over 13 years. I had my beautiful baby girl in September 2019 and decided to be a stay at home Mom and sell real estate. The life that I am creating is amazing! I love my life by design!!

I am the Broker In Charge and owner of Wilkinson Triad Realty.  I have expertise as both a sellers agent and buyers agent.

I am a Guilford County native with over 26 years of Real Estate experience.   I am very knowledgeable about Guilford County and the surrounding areas.  Also, as a property owner in Brunswick County,  I am very knowledgeable in that county and area as well.  I enjoy long walks, reading and the beach.

Monica is a native of NC, growing up in Charlotte but settling in Greensboro in 1989. Her husband Aaron, two daughters, Meredith & Jordan and two rescue Shih Tzu pups keep her constantly on her toes!   

She has been involved in the housing industry since 1994, graduating from UNCG with BS in Interior Architectural Design. She has worked in several design offices and running her own design business since 2002, as well as working 12 years at the High Point Furniture Market as a Staging/Set Designer.   

Obtaining her Real Estate license in 2013 was a way to marry her design skills and the love of helping people find a place they can call home. She closes a average of 32 homes and 7.5 million yearly in production sales and is a member of the Elite Realty Group.  Som oof her awards include: Keller Williams National Silver, Gold & Triple Gold Sales Awards. She also holds Realtor Of Distinction, SRS (Sellers Representative Specialists) & ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designations.

Monica's other interest involve competitive tennis, cooking, reading spy novels but most of all spending time with her crazy family!
