The perfect Add on to Mediation Training or as a Standalone, this training will guide you to becoming the Ombudsman of choice. As of January 1, 2016 all associations are required to offer Ombudsman services. Attendees will role play scenarios, learn the do’s and don’ts and what your obligations are as an Ombuds. Participants will feel ready to assist after completion of this half day course.
