Description
This course helps students to understand the basic principles of investment and why their clients should choose residential real estate as an investment. You'll learn the concepts of cash flow, equity and appreciation, as well as tax advantages of real estate investment. You'll also discuss the advantages of the ''Fix and Hold'' or ''Fix and Flip'' approaches for investments needing modifications or improvements.

The cost for non-member realtors is $55
The cost for non-member real estate agents is $75
All continuing education classes held via GRRA require a 24-hour cancelation notice. Failure to cancel will result in a $55 no-show fee.
