MOSAIC - June Meeting

Wednesday, June 4, 2025 (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

Hello DEI/Mosaic committee,

I can't believe that in a week or so, we will be halfway through the year already!   So much has happened to our lives as we knew them in the last 6 months!

Thank you again for your service on this committee!   I feel we have accomplished so much already, and we still have more to do in 2025!   Senator Garrett enjoyed his time with us last month, and asked me to share with you how much he appreciated your time and comments.   He really appreciates his constituents, and it's nice that we have someone like him that is open to meet and discuss current issues that affect us all.

We would like to invite you all to an abbreviated meeting next week.   This will be our first with no speaker, but we have been asked to participate in the GRRA Member Appreciation Event, and we need to discuss how we can be most effective with our booth and message.   We are open to all ideas, and we already know we have some very creative people on the committee!

Also we will discuss our agenda for the remainder of the year, and we have a handout from At Home With Diversity that we can review and discuss.

Please don't forget to register, and I look forward to seeing you all next week!   Have a great rest of your week.

Jim

Open Conversation: We will start with a couple of the exercises from "At Home with Diversity" and go from there.

These meetings are held in person to foster an open atmosphere for communication and relationship building.
