Purchasing or selling real estate can certainly have its challenges. My goal with every client is to ensure the process is seamless and easy to understand. There are often moments of concern and even stress depending on the transaction, but I am certainly able to ease those fears and concerns. Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked for a large fortune 500 telecommunications company for 17 years. I had various roles in management, particularly training and instructional design. During that time I learned how to engage and relate to various people from all walks of life. The ability to empathize, protect private and personal matters, and communicate with them effectively. I also gained the skills to educate without making people feel small for not understanding. These experiences have translated seamlessly into my role as Realtor®. I am most known for being reliable, patient, detailed, and great communication skills. During my time years in the industry, I have achieved a REBI Seller Representative Specialist Designation and an National Association of Realtors Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification. In addition, I am a member of the GRRA RCSC Committee and the GRRA Social Committee.
