Please use this application to join GRRA as a primary member who is joining an established company. If your company is brand new, please use the Designated REALTOR application. The system will automatically prorate the dues and fees at the checkout screen.

Please make sure to select ALL THREE memberships displayed below. ALL THREE are required for primary membership at GRRA.

REALTOR Local $220 Annually + $500.00 One-Time Fee

This membership includes current local dues plus a one-time application fee.

MLS $300 Semiannually

REALTOR $411 Annually

This includes NC REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS Dues.
