Many buyers assume they can’t purchase a home because they don’t have enough saved for a down payment. In reality, numerous down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help bridge that gap—but many agents aren’t familiar with how they work or where to find them. 

This session with Sofia Crisp, Founder & Executive Director for the Housing Consultants Group, provides an overview of common DPA programs, who may qualify, and how agents can connect buyers with lenders and resources that make homeownership more achievable. Understanding these programs can help you better serve buyers and open the door to more successful transactions. Join us to learn more about these opportunities for you clients!
