Description


Jennifer Gunn will give us an update on changes in the mortgage industry including USDA, appraisal waivers, and interest rate changes.

Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Rockingham County.  She is Married to Greg and this year they will Celebrate 38 years of marriage.  They have 3 wonderful Children and 6 grandchildren that are the light of there lives.  Jennifer began her Mortgage Career in 1986 so in May of this year she will celebrate 39 years of being in the Mortgage Business. She opened Horizon in 2002 and in her own words “She has the best TEAM ever at Horizon “Your Mortgage TEAM”
